Fruit Arrived to my place on January 15, 2001. She came to fill the hard-to-fill shoes of Tory as chief broodmare of my one-broodmare breeding operation! I discovered Fruit after a long search, looking at dozens and dozens of thoroughbred mares....she fit the bill perfectly! Fruit had a super sweet temperament, plus is a gorgeous low, flat, deep mover. She moved exactly like I like my hunter under saddle horses to move! 
Fruit was bred on May 12, 2005 to Hot Diggity Joe Sadly, almost a year later she gave birth to a perfectly-formed stillborn filly - dark bay with a wide white blaze that went all the way over her nose. Fruit kept her record of giving birth in the daylight hours out in the pasture! She never did like her stall very much.
