Paradise Island, Bahamas 2008

Atlantis Resort

Kevin and I decided to take another spur-of-the-moment vacation, this time to the Bahamas (on our quest to visit every Caribbean island before we die!). We stayed just off the coast of Nassau on a small island called Paradise Island (aptly named) at a famous resort called The Atlantis.

We arrived around 2pm on Sunday, June 8, 2008. We wandered the grounds while waiting to get into our room at the Beach Tower. Everywhere we walked, we saw marine life - sharks, barracudas, stingrays, you name it! Many places had underground tunnels to walk through where the fish would swim all around you. This was no ordinary beach resort!
